摘    要:针对现有管式抽油泵无防落物功能的缺陷 ,研制开发了管式抽油泵新型防落物固定阀装置。这种装置主要由防落物固定阀总成、内管、外筒、上接头和下接头等构成 ,能够通过自身的沉砂和储砂结构有效地解决井口落物和井内沉砂等异物沉积在抽油泵固定阀和泵筒内造成堵塞而不能正常工作的问题。 3口井的现场试验证明 ,这种防落物固定装置的防落物成功率达 10 0 % ,同时可使抽油泵泵效提高 4 6 4 %以上

Abstract:There isn't an obstacle preventing mechanism designed for the existing tube pumps, thereby a new standing valve assembly is designed for preventing obstacles form falling into oil wells. The assembly is mainly comprised of obstacle preventing standing valve, internal tube, external barrel, top and lower connections, and it can solve the problems of tube pump jamming effectively. Use in 3 wells shows that the new standing valve assembly ensured the tube pump operating smoothly by preventing obstacles from falling into wells, and improved the pump efficiency by 4.64%.
