摘    要:采用实验的方法 ,测得管壳式换热器液压胀接接头疲劳试验前后的密封力和拉脱力 ,获得了液压胀接接头对交变载荷敏感程度的数据 ,并在此基础上研究了液压胀接接头疲劳性能 ,为工程上最佳液压胀接工艺参数的确定提供指导

Abstract:The sealing force and pulling force of the hydraulic expanded tube to sheet joints of the tube and shell heat exchangers before and after fatigue tests were measured, and the data of the sensitive degree of the cyclic loading concerned with the hydraulic expanded tube to sheet joints were obtained using the experimental methods. Based on this, the fatigue performance of the hydraulic expanded tube to sheet joints was studied, and a guide was provided for the optimum hydraulic expanded technical parameters in engineering.
