| 摘 要： | 研制的有载分接开关测试仪校验装置可用于开展有载分接开关测试仪的校验工作.校验功能涉及:过渡电阻、过渡时间、三相同期性、纹波系数、分离角.本文介绍了校验装置的工作原理和核心技术,其中,本校验装置基于Power MOSFET器件实现了过渡电阻实物标准和过渡时间标准的"同步产生",具有创新性.经法定计量检定机构校准,本装置性能参数达到设计要求,国内领先.
