| 摘 要： | 通过对钣制皮带轮旋压成形过程的运动及应力应变分析 ,指出预成形槽的形状、顶压座的轴向送进速度及旋轮的径向进给速度等是带轮正确成形的主要影响因素。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis on the movement,stress and strain during the process of plate-made belt-pulley spinning forming,this paper pointied that the main influence factors about belt-pulley perfect forming are the shape of pre-forming groove, axle feeding speed of base frame,radial feeding speed of spinning wheel and so on. |
