塔里木地区材料的腐蚀和钢铁-土壤腐蚀模型

摘    要:为研究钢铁、混凝土等材料在我国新疆塔里木地区的腐蚀行为,开展了一系列腐蚀测量和试验。分析了24种腐蚀因素对材料腐蚀的影响寻找关键参数。应用这些关键参数,用主分量分析法(PCA)建立钢铁-土壤腐蚀模型。这些模型应用于该地区轮库管道沿线以及森经区、南区等区域环境、可靠性在85%以上。

Abstract:A series of corrosion measurements and tests had been carried out to investigate the corrosion behavior of materials, such as carbon steels and cement material, in Tarim region in Xinjiang Province of China The influence of 24 factors on soil corrosivity was also analyzed to find the key parameters Using key parameters, the soil steel corrosion models were created by means of principal component analysis (PCA) The models were successfully applied in following areas:the area along the Lun Ku pipeline, the north and south parts of Tarim region The reliability of these models was as high as more than 85%
