| Abstract: | This article offers the primary strategies and manners for middle and small apartment building design. In addition, it points out that innovation of residential design is the important guarantee for living quality of middle/small apartment buildings, considering new manners used in foreign house design. Finally, it discusses the key issues in Shanghaii-s middle and small apartment buildings design on the basis of engineering examples. |
