公伯峡水电站导流洞改建为旋流泄洪洞方案研究

摘    要:为减小公伯峡水电站右岸泄洪洞改建施工风险,从技术,经济,地质、施工以及公伯峡水电站目前的实际出发,对原龙抬头泄洪洞方案,竖井旋流方案,水平旋流泄漏洞方案等进行了对比试验,并重点研究了水平旋流泄洪洞方案在公伯峡水电站应用的可行性,研究结果表明,采用水平旋流泄洪洞方案消能率高,运行工程投资较省,技术经济上具有较明显的优势。

Abstract:In order to reduce the reconstruction risk of the flood releasing tunnel in the right bank of Gongboxia Hydropower Station, the Northwest China Investigation and Design Institute and the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research have jointly compared and proved the alternatives of the original flood releasing tunnel, and new shaft rotation flow and horizontal rotation flow flood releasing tunnel, in accordance with the technology, economy, geology, construction and the current actual conditions of the Gongboxia Hydropower Station. Meanwhile, the feasibility of the application of horizontal rotation flow flood releasing tunnel to the Gongboxia Hydropower Station was studied and stressed. The research results showed that the alternative of horizontal rotation flow tunnel has high energy dissipation efficiency, low project investment, and outstanding technical and economic benefits.
