我国内高压成形技术现状与进展

摘    要:综述了近年来国内内高压成形机理、数值模拟、设备和工艺研究情况。详细介绍了轴向失稳应力、开裂内压、起皱控制与利用。设备关键技术和影响数值模拟结果的主要因素,以及研制的典型汽车结构件、复杂管件和组合式凸轮轴。最后指出内高压成形的发展趋势。

Abstract:An overall review is given concerning fundamentals,numerical simulation, machine and process in the field of internal high pressure forming in China. Some research results are introduced in detail, including axial buckling stress, bursting pressure, control and use of wrinkles, key technology of hydroforming machine and major factors affecting simulation results. Typical prototype parts manufactured by internal high pressure forming are shown such as structural components, special shape pipes, hollow shafts and assembled camshafts. Finally, the trends in internal high pressure forming are discussed.
