摘    要:室内合成出絮凝剂样品聚硅酸铝,并将其应用于钻井废水处理中,结果发现,由于聚硅酸铝(PASS)的电中和能力强,吸附架桥和卷扫作用均优于聚铝(PAC),具有更好的去除COD和脱色功能。实验中随着聚硅酸铝(PASS)用量的增加,对钻井废水COD的去除效果提高,使用2000mg/L的PASS对COD的去除率达到76.2%。当钻井废水色度和COD较高时,采用絮凝沉降处理后的出水达不到排放标准,再结合氧化、吸附深度处理,出水色度仅为10倍,COD降至200左右,达到排放标准。

Abstract:The flocculant sample of PASS was synthesized to treat drilling wastewater in this paper. The experiments results showed that PASS had better performance than PAC on removing COD and decoloration because of strong neutralization and adsoption. With increase of PASS dosage, the effect of removing COD was improved and the removal ratio of COD could reach 76.2% at the concentration of 2000mg/L. When COD and chroma of drilling wastewater was high, the water output after disposal of flocculation and sedimentation could not attain discharge standard, then combined with the treatment of oxidation and adsorption, chroma and COD of the water output was 10 and 200 respectively, which attained discharge standard.
