摘    要:针对当前面向车间数控编程方法的兴起,以VisualC 6.0为开发工具,研究和开发了基于特征技术回转体类零件的图形自动编程系统,系统利用特征技术对回转体类零件进行特征的提取和分类,采用交互式特征要素图形输入替代传统用数控语言输入几何信息和工艺参数的方法,实现了NC代码的自动生成,本文介绍了该系统的工作原理及其功能,并详细阐述图形自动编程系统开发的核心技术;最后,通过实验,验证了系统的可行性和实用性。

Abstract:Aiming at the rise of workshop oriented programming (WOP), The graphic automatic programming system of rotational parts based on characteristic technology is researched and developed by using Visual C + + 6.0 as a programming tool. The character of rotational parts is extracted and classified applying characteristic technology. Geometric information and machining conditions are inputted using mutual characteristic graphic inputting instead of the traditional approach of programming language. NC codes are produces automatically. This paper introduces the working principle and function of the system, and expounds in detail the crucial technology of the graphic automatic programming system, finally, the feasibility and practicability is validated by experiment.
