铝电解质分子比测定新方法的研究

摘    要:采用氟离子电极法,在pH值一定的情况下,通过测定氟电位,测得AIF3在水中的溶解度,得出了AIF3在溶解度范围内的线性关系,根据得出的AIF3溶解的线性关系,测得了电解质中的AIF3含量,从而得到了电解质的分子比。结果表明,此法快速、简便、准确,可用于铝电解生产中分子比的直接测定。

Abstract:Aluminum fluoride's dissoluability in water was measured by using fluoride ion selective electrode and its linear relation in the range of dissoluabilty was obtained .According to the linear relation,electrolyte's molecular ration was acquired through determining the content of aluminum fluoride in electrolyte,The study showed this method is rapid,simple,accurate and can be used to determine molecular ratio directly in the production of aluminum electrolysis.
