摘    要:手电筒开关小零件电镀过采用电镀氰化锌铜合金然后挂镀铬的工艺,生产效率低,三废治理费用大。采用滚镀镍再滚镀锡钴锌代铬镀层的方法,可克服上述缺点。测试了组合镀层的耐蚀性和耐磨性能,阐述了代铬镀液维护和故障排除方法。

Abstract:The former art for electroplating flashlight switches includes ack plating first in a Zn-Cu alloy cyanide based bath and then in chromium plating bath, resulting in low efficiency and high waste-treatment cost. To eliminate such shortcomings, a new coating combination, nickel plus chromium-like S n-Co-Zn alloy deposit, which may be obtained from barrel plating process is suggested. Corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the combination coating are determined. Maintenance and trouble shooting of the Sn-Co-Zn plating bath are described.
