摘    要:用间歇罐煮糖时,随着糖液浓度的增加,糖液的介电特性也会随着发生变化,并存在一定的关系,利用这一原理,可测量出复杂的糖液浓度。射频电容法是测量糖液浓度的最新方法。文中主要介绍了射频糖液浓度检测的原理,以及射频方法优于其他传统检测方法的原因。并介绍了一种新型的射频传感器——duotrac RF probe的工作原理。以及该传感器的计算机控制。此新型传感器的应用,为制糖业全自动控制的完善和发展起到了重要的作用。

Abstract:When boiling sugar in batch vacuum pan. with the increasing of the syrup concentration, the electrical property of syrup would change either, and there in ralationgship between the changes, using this principle, we can measure the complicated syrup concentration. The radio frequency capacitance method is a new method measuring syrup concentration, This text mainly introduce the principle of syrup concentration measurement, and why RF measurement technology have more advantages than other traditional methords, then introduce the principle of a new type RF probe--FS Duotrac RF probe , and its computer control. This probe contributes a lot to the consummator and development of flail automatic control in sugar industry.
