| Abstract: | Preservation of food in a fresh-keeping way, which hasbeen a long-cherished dream of human beings,may satisfy people's need for a sufficient supply of fresh food all the year round. Modern fresh-keeping packaging technology will make the dream a reality and will promote the development of civilization. In this paper,a brief introduction is made to the current state and possible development of this technology in Japan. |
