低温等离子体与催化剂氧化脱除甲醛的研究

摘    要:分别采用等离子体与不同催化剂相结合对空气中甲醛的脱除进行实验研究。结果表明,Ag/CeO2催化剂能与等离子体结合高效氧化脱除甲醛,当气体组成为276×10-6 HCHO、21%O2,1%H2O,N2为平衡气,空速为16500h-1、温度为70℃、压强为一个大气压、输入放电能量密度为108J·L-1时,99%的甲醛被脱除,86%的甲醛被氧化成CO2。而在同样的条件下,Fe/TiO2和1-Al2O3催化剂对甲醛的脱除率只为86%和78%。

Abstract:The removal of formaldehyde from gas streams via plasma combined with different cata- lysts at atmospheric pressure was investigated. In the experiment of plasma-catalytic oxidation of formaldehyde in gas streams via dielectric barrier discharges over Ag/CeO2 pellets at atmospheric pressure and a temperature of 70℃,with a feed gas mixture of 276 ppm HCHO,21.0% 02,1.0% H2O in N2 ,99% of formaldehyde was effectively destructed with an 86% oxidative conversion into CO2 at GHSV of 16 500 h-1 and input diseharged energy density of 108 JL-1. At the same experi- mental eonditions, HCHO removal efficieneies of Fe/TiO2 and ~-A1203 were 86% and 78%, respectively.
