电力类高职院校校外实训基地建设与管理探析

校外实训是电力高职院校实践性教学的重要组成部分,加强实训基地的建设和管理是高职院校的办学特色和重要环节,同时也是高职院校提升教学质量、促进学生实践能力的重要手段。只有让学生走进实践中去,和技术岗位零距离接触,才能增强学生们的学习和操作能力。本文首先给出了电力高职院校校外实训基地的作用,接着分析了目前电力高职院校校外实训基地建设与管理存在的问题,最后结合实际对校外实训基地的建设管理提出了具体的建议。

On the Construction and Management of Training Base Outside Campus of the Power Vocational Colleges

Training outside campus is an important part of the practical teaching of power vocational colleges,and to strengthen the construction and management of the training base is the characteristics and an important part of teaching of vocational colleges,which is an important means to improve teaching quality and promote students′ practical ability.Only by allowing students to participate in practice personally,up close the technical positions,can make students improve their knowledge and ability to operate.Firstly,the article gives the role of training base outside campus of the power vocational colleges,and then analyzes the current problems in the construction and management of the training base outside campus;finally,puts forward the specific recommendations on the actual construction and management of the training base outside campus.
