| 摘 要： | 本文以实证研究为基点,从校园文化与企业文化融合意义出发,分析校园文化与企业文化融合的可能性与必要性,以安徽电气工程职业技术学院、武汉电力职业技术学院等院校引进融合优秀电力企业文化的内容为实例进行研究,提出高职院校引进融合优秀企业文化的思路与方法,来构建校园文化与企业文化融合的体系。

| Abstract: | In this paper,with empirical study for basis,from the significance of enterprise culture and campus culture integration,the possibility and necessity of the integration are analyzed.By the real example analysis of introducing and integrating enterprise culture for Anhui Electrical Engineering Professional Technique College and Wuhan Power Professional Technology College,the thinking and methods of introducing and integrating excellent enterprise culture are put forward to build the integration system of campus culture and enterprise culture. |
