从毕业生“召回制”看高职院校学生质量管理

近年来，大学生质量下降的说辞越来越多，用人单位反应大学毕业生能力无法达到单位的要求。于是，毕业生“召回制”在部分高校被采用和实施，山东省教育厅更是大力提倡高校毕业生“召回”制度。“召回制”的出现和实施在一定程度上进一步反应和证实了大学生质量的下降，更是为各大高校敲响了警钟，如何培养高质量的大学生是所有高校，也是所有教育工作者都要认真考虑的问题。文章对大学生的质量结构进行了简单的分析，并提出了提高大学生质量的方法和措施，具有一定的现实意义。
