| Abstract: | Along with the rapide development of mobile communication and information techniques,as well as WAP technique comes to maturity,make mobile learning at all times and all places became true.To counter WAP technique and the theory of mobile communication,a mobile learning platform based on WAP is investigated and designed in this paper. |
