| 摘 要： | 采用柠檬酸为免烫整理剂,分析了柠檬酸浓度、催化剂、添加剂、整理工艺条件等对彩棉织物整理效果(弹性回复度、弹性提升率;断裂强力、降强率;色差等)的影响,通过正交试验及分析得到天然彩棉抗皱整理的最佳工艺条件为:柠檬酸9%(对织物重),混合催化剂10%(对织物重),三乙醇胺5%(对织物重),焙烘温度160 ℃,焙烘时间150 s.试验表明:经柠檬酸抗皱整理后,天然彩棉的抗皱性能得到较大程度提高,可代替传统的羟甲基类抗皱整理剂,整理后织物上无甲醛存在.
