| 摘 要： | 目的观察异位妊娠中西医结合保守治疗疗效。方法对168例符合异位妊娠保守治疗条件者,临床检验无用药禁忌症,给予甲氨蝶呤肌肉注射,米非司酮口服并联合中药宫外孕方水煎服。结果145例治愈,治愈率为86.3%。结论此法对符合异位妊娠保守治疗条件者,用药简单,不良反应小,可避免手术创伤,患者易于接受,可以推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective Observing the efficacy of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to treat ectopic pregnancy conservatively. Methods 168 qualifiers for the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy who have no contraindication after clinical examination,given intramuscular injections of methotrexate and taking orally mifepristone tablets and the boiled juice from traditionnal Chinese medicine for ectopic pregnancy. Results 145 of them were cured and the success rate is 86.3%. Conclusion This method can avoid the wound of operation,be accepted by the patients essily and be spread because of its easy usage of medicine and small negative reaction. |
