Ag/AgCu 复合基 Bi-2223 多芯超导带材的研究

摘    要:采用PTT法制备AgCu包套Bi-2223多芯超导带材,研究了合金包套对带材超导性能的影响。合金包套影响带材内部芯丝变形的均匀性,一定程度上改善超导相的织构度,临界电流因此而有提高。同时,超导带材的临界电流-抗拉强度性能、耐热疲劳能力均有不同程度的提高。

Abstract:The Ag Cu alloy sheathed multifilamentary Bi 2223 tapes were fabricated by powder in tube(PIT) method. The effect of alloy sheath on critical current density of the tapes was studied.The result indicates that the alloy sheath has effect on the deformation homogeneity and the texture of the superconducting ceramics,and therefore improves the critical current density, the tensile strength and thermal circling properties are also improved.
