| 摘 要： | 介绍了压气式微泡浮选机的工作原理和系统结构 ,该设备分选范围宽 (下限可小于1 0 μm)、回收率高 ,处理能力大 ,体积小 ,操作简单 ,维护量小 ,用电量少 ,运行成本低 ;在浮选泥化特别严重的煤泥时 ,取得了精煤产率高、精煤灰分低、尾煤灰分高的显著效果。

| Abstract: | Working principles and system configuration of the pressurized micro-bubble flotation machine introduced;its merits included: wide effective separation size attainable (as low as 10 μm),high recovery,large throughput on smaller volume of facility,simple operation,small maintenance,low power consumption,low cost of operation;for serious degrading coal slime,remarkable performance achieved that higher concentrate yield,lower concentrate ash and higher ash content in tailing. |
