摘    要:为解决宁夏盐环定扬水工程一泵站在运行中出现的高耗能、出水量不足等问题,将原轴流泵更换为HLZ直联型立式混流泵,分析了HLZ直联型立式混流泵的应用效果及经济效益,达到了泵站改造的效果.总结出,HLZ直联型立式混流泵适应于大流量、扬程10~11 m、前池水位变幅较大的泵站,在提高泵站装置效率、节能、提高经济效益方面有显著效果.

Application of HLZ vertical mixed flow pump in pumping station in Ningxia

Abstract:To solve the problem occurred in Ningxia Yanhuanding pumping station, such as high energy consumption and the shortage of traffic etc. Axial flow pumps were changed to HLZ straight connecting type vertical mixed flow pumps. Application effect and economic benefit were analyzed; pumping station improvement has been achieved effection then. These work prove that HLZ vertical mixed flow pump is suitable for pumping station with large flux, elevation between 10 to 11 m, and larger dynamic range water level of forbar. It can save electricity and take more economic benefits and efficiency.
