| 摘 要： | 掌控铁矿资源规模应成为我国钢铁工业可持续发展战略的重要目标之一。分析了近年来我国粗钢产量、铁矿资源储量、铁矿石对外依存度和国际铁矿石市场形势等情况，研究认为我国铁矿资源掌控规模应为掌控全球铁矿石产能的40%左右。提出了择机对境外铁矿企业合作、入股和收购，加大国外铁矿石开发力度，构建铁矿石资源保障体系和协调机制等实施我国铁矿石资源掌控规模目标的保障措施。

| Abstract: | Controlling iron ore scale shall be one of strategies in the sustainable development of China’s steel industry. This paper analyzes crude steel production, iron ore reserve, foreign-dependence degree of iron ore and global iron ore market, concludes that China should control around 40% of the global iron ore production, and presents approaches to this scale in cooperation, joint venture acquisition, mining and establishing iron ore guaranteeing system. |
