摘    要:随着西部大多数城市的资源开发进入稳产期或衰退期,资源的不可再生性及生态环境的劣化严重影响了城市的可持续发展。在对攀枝花市3个行政分区进行生态环境承载力评价的基础上,提出了以工业园生态化推动攀枝花可持续发展的观点,认为在攀枝花市城市转型过程中应做好现有工业园区向生态园区转化,注重生态园区建设规划引导,推进生态产业链构建,加强生态园区建设。本研究对于推动攀枝花市及其他西部资源型城市的可持续发展进程以及探索在资源衰竭条件下城市转型具有一定的参考意义。

Abstract:As most western resources-based cities enter into a stable or declining production stage,their sustainable development is largely baffled by non-renewable resources and ecological environment.This paper,based on the evaluation of ecological load in Panzhihua’s three administrative districts,concludes that industry park ecologicalization can promote a sustainable development in Panzhihua.During its transformation,Panzhihua shall convert the industry zones into ecological parks,focusing on construction planning,establishing ecological chains and enhancing park environment,which can provide reference for Panzhihua or other western resources-based cities in their sustainable development and economic transformation in case of resources exhausted.
