PLC与DCS在原油脱水控制中的应用

摘    要:河南油田原油脱水应用PLC和DCS系统实现了连续控制。文中详细介绍了三相分离器工作原理及工艺控制流程、PID算法的实现,阐述了PLC和DCS系统的硬件配置以及软件的实现。实践证明PLC和DCS系统的成功运用提高了河南油田原油脱水的自动化水平和经济效益。

Abstract:Henan oilfield use PLC and DCS system to realize dehydrating of crude oil.The paper introduces the working principle,process control flow and PID algorithm in detail.It formulates the hardware configuration and software of the PLC and DCS system.Practice proved that application of PLC and DCS system has improved the automation level and economic benefit of crude oil dehydrating in Henan oilfield.
