往复压缩机轴系断轴烧瓦及结构优化

摘    要:针对某6列往复压缩机出现断轴、烧瓦的现象,利用有限元法对不同典型方案进行模态和动态响应数值模拟,提出了旨在减小轴系固有频率的优化方案.分析结果表明,断轴、烧瓦是轴系扭转共振所致,通过减小轴系各列间轴段直径,使7倍压缩机转速与1阶扭转固有频率比从1.036增加到1.056,共振现象即可消失.该优化方案不仅避免了机组振动,解决了断轴、烧瓦问题,而且还有效地降低了制造成本.

Abstract:In order to solve the shaft failure and bearing scuff occurred frequently in a six-crank reciprocating compressor,the numerical simulation of mode and dynamic response for the crankshaft system was performed with finite element method(FEM).The optimization scheme to reduce the natural frequency of crankshaft system was proposed.The analysis results show that the shaft failure and bearing scuff result from the torsional vibration of crankshaft system.Through reducing the shaft diameter between different cran...
