摘    要:以沙果渣为原料,用乙醇溶液为溶剂提取其中的多酚物质.在单因素试验基础上,选择乙醇浓度、料液比、微波功率、微波时间为自变量,多酚提取量为响应值,根据Box-Behnken试验设计原理,应用四因素三水平的响应面分析方法,由SAS软件得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,通过响应面法优化其提取工艺.结果表明:乙醇浓度、料液比、微...
