摘    要:樊154-平1井是胜利油田第一口小井眼长水平段水平井,也是胜利油田第一口在低孔低渗区块实施长水平段分段压裂改造以期获得较高产能的局重点试验井。该井完钻井深4066m,水平位移1517.30m,水平段长1230.00m。该井上部地层岩性胶结疏松,易发生坍塌,钻井液的主要作用是抑制地层粘土造浆;水平段岩性主要为泥页岩,钻井液应增强抑制性,防止发生严重的井壁垮塌掉块。因此,针对钻井液要满足润滑、携岩、井壁稳定和油气层保护以及低钻井成本等多项因素,三开水平段采用铝胺高性能钻井液,该钻井液防塌、抑制和润滑防卡能力强,保证了钻井施工的正常进行,该井安全钻至井深4066m。

Abstract:Fan154-ping1 well with slim hole and long horizontal-section is the first test well of separate layer fracturing the long horizontal section in the low porosity and low permeability sub-block in Shengli oil field.The depth of the well is 4066 m,and the length of horizontal reach is 1517.30 m,and the length of the lateral section is1230.00 m.Because of poor consolidation in upper formation,the main function of drilling fluid is to inhibit slurry.In terms of the horizontal section that is formed by shale,the drilling fluid with strong inhibition to preventing hole caving should be used.The characteristics of the drilling fluid should be of lubrication,carrying cutting,wellbore stability,oil and gas layer protection,low cost of drilling and other factors.High performance drilling fluids formulated with aluminum polymer and amine were used in the horizontal section.As performing much better in anti-sloughing,shale inhibition and lubricity,this drilling fluid ensured the normal drilling and this well was safely drilled to 4066m.
