摘    要:针对克拉玛依油田六区稠油,在温度55℃,破乳剂加量70m g/L条件下考察了一些采油助剂对破乳脱水的影响。在低pH值区(0~8),pH值越低破乳脱水越困难,酸化返排液携带的黏土颗粒和酸液添加剂也对破乳脱水有不利影响;降粘剂浓度越大,破乳剂脱水越困难。研制出的KXDH破乳剂,应用于现场,解决了在油井大量施加采油助剂时,六东区原油脱水难,污水含油高的难题。

Abstract:To solve the viscous oil at liudong area of Karamy oilfield,the oil additive effects on dehydration of demulsification were examined at a temperature 55 ℃ and demulsifier dosage 70mg/L.(1) in low pH region(0~8),the lower pH value demulsification more difficult dehydration,acid flowback fluid carrying clay particles and acid additives had an adverse effect on the demulsification dehydration;(2) higher the concentration of reduced viscosity,demulsifier dehydration more difficult.The results were shown in Table 3.Developed KXDH demulsifiers,applied to the scene to solve difficult dehydration and high oil content of sewage problems of crude oil at liudong area when the large number of oil additives were used at oilfield.
