实体膨胀管尾管完井技术的应用

随着地质认识的逐步成熟,在部分井人工井底以下发现可利用油层,加深钻穿原人工井底后,采用膨胀管作为尾管进行悬挂,应用后内通径达104mm,可应用于150m裸眼井段的加深。由于膨胀管通过高弹橡胶圈和基础套管密封,承压高达50M Pa以上,该技术具有操作简单、尾管通径大、无需固井的特点。中原油田首次将该技术应用于文明寨油田明1-5井后,增产效果显著,成为该油田在加深井底完井技术方面的一个新手段。

With the understanding of exploitation mellowing gradually,available reservoirs are discovered under some artificial bottom holes.After drilling through the original artificial bottom,if expandable casing be used to hang as liner,its internal diameter can reach to 104mm.So expandable casing can be applied to deepen in the naked hole of 150m.Since the expandable pipe being sealed with high-elastic rubber band and 5 1/2" casing,the pressure reach up to 50MP,which technology has the characteristics of operating simply、the diameter of path liner can become larger and no need to Cementing.After this technology was used in M1-5 Well in Zhongyuan oil field for the first time,the addition of crude oil production is extraordinary.At present,this technology has become a new means of deepening in completion.
