逆流色谱技术进展及其在食品工业中的应用

摘    要:逆流色谱技术是近年发展起来的一种新型的液-液分配色谱技术,在天然产物分离纯化方面有突出的优越睦。文章综述了逆流色谱技术研究进展及其在相关领域的应用前景;并阐述了低速逆流色谱技术投入制备型分离纯化生产的可行性;文章最后结合逆流色谱技术用于食品工业中的优势所在,提出了逆流色谱技术要以自身的分离纯化手段为技术依托,同时与其它先进技术相结合,突破自身的技术不足,才能够在食品工业生产中做出更多的贡献。

Abstract:Countercurrent chromatographic technique is a liquid-liquid separation chromatographic technique. The technique possesses advantages such as larger sample load,excellent efficient separation efficiency. The present paper reviews recent progress of countercurrent chromatography,and the application of these techniques. The slow rotary countercurrent chromatography for industrial preparation and the application in food industry of countercurrent chromatography are also discussed based on their progress in the recent years.
