摘    要:对石化企业几种常用的凝结水精处理方法进行了简介,主要介绍济南分公司2005-006年实施的凝结水回收及精处理项目。选用耐背压率高的倒置桶式机械疏水阀和小型凝结水泵,主要回收油品罐区凝结水,经过一级隔油、二级双膜覆盖过滤、三级活性炭吸附过滤工艺精制处理后,作为中压锅炉补水,达到了预期的设计目标,年增效益246×10^4 RMB¥。

Abstract:Several condensate water fine treatment processes commonly applied in petrochemical enterprises are briefly presented, and the condensate water recovery and fine treatment project in SINOPEC Ji' nan Company from 2005 to 2006 are emphatically described. In the project, the inversion-barrel steam traps are selected. The condensate water fi'om product oil tank farm is recovered after fine treatment by 1 st-stage oil separation, 2 nd-stage bi-membrane filtration and 3 rd-stage active carbon absorption and used for the make-up water of mid-pressure boiler. The annual economic benefits is 2.46 million Yuan (RMB).
