| Abstract: | Author has described the formation of sludge layer in Shell gasifier and its protecting function for the water cooling wall of gasifier;has analyzed the reason of sludge blockage in the sluice hopper;has also briefly described the technical measures for controlling the sludge balance from aspects of controlling oxygen/carbon ratio and water /carbon ration,adding flux and coal proportion distribution etc. |
