摘    要:在水溶液全循环法尿素工艺中,闪蒸槽产生的0.36 MPa(绝)蒸汽用于保温伴热,多余的蒸汽外供造气。由于这部分蒸汽在使用过程中热能损失巨大,笔者探讨性地提出了将1级闪蒸得到的0.63 MPa(绝)蒸汽用于吸解系统,2级闪蒸得到的0.36 MPa(绝)蒸汽用于保温伴热和外供造气的节能改造方案;进行了1级闪蒸和2级闪蒸的模拟分析计算和解吸塔热平衡计算;分析论证了2级闪蒸槽蒸汽用气的经济性;结果表明,1级闪蒸蒸汽用于解吸系统不仅可行且经济效益显著,2级闪蒸蒸汽可以满足造气系统的使用条件。

Abstract:In urea process with water solution full circulation method, the steam with a pressure of 0. 36 MPa (a) produced from flashing tank was used for tracing insulation, and the remainder steam was supplied outside for gasification. Since the heat energy loss was very enormous for this portion of steam, author has proposed for discussion that taking the steam with a pressure of 0.63 MPa (a)obtained from first class flashing was used for adsorption system, and the steam with a pressure of 0.36 MPa (a) obtained from second class flashing was used for energy conservation and reformation scheme i. e. for insulation tracing and supply outside for gasification; author has made analog analysis calculation and heat balance calculation of adsorbing tower for both first class flashing and second class flashing; has analyzed and proved the economy for gas usage of the two classes flashing tanks ; result indicates that not only the steam from first class flashing is feasible to be used for adsorption system, but also economic benefit is obvious, moreover the steam from second class flashing can satisfy the operating condition of gasification system.
