摘    要:分析了氨合成氧化态催化剂现场还原的缺点以及预还原催化剂在使用过程中存在的问题;阐述了为解决上述不利因素而研发的还原态催化剂XA201-H-1的还原机理、制备过程以及催化剂的更换、装填方案;工业应用实例表明,该还原态催化剂在提高还原质量、缩短还原时间以及减少原材料、燃料、动力消耗等方面效果明显。

Abstract:Author has analyzed the shortages of ammonia synthesis catalyst in oxidized state reduced at site and the existing problems of pre-reduced catalyst in case of its usage;has described the reduction mechanism,preparation process and replacement of catalyst,filling scheme of catalyst XA201-H-1 in reduction state,which was developed to solve the above-mentioned unfavorable factors;industrial application example indicates that this catalyst in reduction state has the obvious application effect in respects of increasing the reduction quality,shortening the reduction time and reducing raw material,fuel,power consume and so on.
