光纤面板暗影缺陷自动检测系统的研制与开发

摘    要:光纤面板是当代电子光学成像器件的关键元件,应用越来越广泛。根据国标规定的对暗影缺陷的检验标准和方法,研制开发成功了一套光纤面板暗影缺陷自动检测系统。通过改进后的Canny算子,实现了暗影边缘的检测与优化;通过软、硬件系统的有机整合和整体控制,实现了光纤面板暗影缺陷的自动检测;通过相应的计算方法,给出了暗影缺陷的主要特征、参数和指标,实现了暗影缺陷的定量分析。实验证明该系统操作简便,数据处理准确迅速,性能稳定可靠,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:Optical fiber panel is used more and more widely as a key component of contemporary electron optical imaging devices.In accordance with the national standard which stipulates the method in the shadow defects inspection,researches are carried out to develop an automatic system with which the shadow defects can be tested effectively.The edges of the shadow defects can be detected and optimized by improving CANNY OPERATOR and detection of the defects can go automatically by the organic integration and overall control of the software system as well as the hardware system.At last,through the corresponding calculation method,the main features,parameters and indexes of the shadow defects are offered;at the same time,the quantitative analysis of it is also achieved.The results of these experiments have shown the advantages of this automatic system,which is easy to operate,quick and accurate to process data,stable and reliable in performance.The system is valuable in practice.
