竹炭负载TiO_2光催化氧化DBT的研究

摘    要:研究了浸渍法制备的竹炭(BC)负载TiO2光催化氧化氧化二苯并噻吩(DBT)。对其反应工艺条件(如光催化剂用量、双氧水浓度和TiO2的负载量)进行优化。结果表明负载型TiO2/BC提高了TiO2的分散度,比纯TiO2表现出更好的光催化活性。反应条件为燃料油氧化脱硫的发展提供理论参考。所得结果为:TiO2负载量15%(wt%)、H2O2的浓度O/S为14mol、催化剂用量为0.002g/mL模型硫化物。在最佳条件下反应2h,DBT脱硫率高达66%。此结果为燃料油的氧化脱硫技术的发展提供了理论参考。

Abstract:To study photocatalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene (DBT) using TiO2-loaded bamboo charcoals (BC) prepared by wet impregnation. To investigate technological conditions (the amount of photocatalysts, hydrogen per-oxide,and TiO2 loading). The results show that TiO2/BC improves the dispersed degree of TiO2 catalyst, which shows a better photocatalytic performance than pure TiO2. The optimum reaction conditions are amount of loaded TiO2 15% (wt%), H2 02 concentration O/S 14 (tool) and amount of TiO2/BC 0. 002 g/mL model diesel. Removal ratio of DBT is up to 66% under optimum reaction conditions. To obtain the refe-rence for the development of an ox-idative desulfurization process for fuel oils.
