高陡度场畸变开关触发系统的研制

摘    要:介绍了可产生幅值 30kV、前沿 5 .4ns用于场畸变火花间隙开关触发的装置。该装置通过电容储能并对脉冲变压器放电 ,经过陡化获得上升陡度 5 .5kV/ns的触发脉冲。触发控制系统控制方式灵活、抗干扰能力强、系统结构简单、紧凑 ,工作稳定可靠。

Abstract:A trigger system for field distortion switch is designed in this paper. The system can produce trigger pulses with the amplitude of -30kV and the rise time 5.4ns. The rise rate of the trigger pulses can reach 5.5kV/ns via the energy in the capacitors discharging to the pulse transformer and then the pulse is sharpening. The trigger system has flexible control modes and a good immunity to disturbances; The structure of the whole trigger system is simple and compact and it is reliable with good stability.
