圆螺纹油管上扣扭矩计算方法

摘    要:上扣扭矩是影响油气井螺纹连接质量的主要影响因素之一。基于FEA建模的简化假设,提出一种新的计算油管上扣扭矩的方法。以N80级套管为例进行有限元分析,利用有限元分析结果和上扣扭矩计算公式求出不同过盈圈数下的上扣扭矩,并与相关标准中给出的上扣扭矩进行对比。结果表明,利用上扣扭矩计算公式所求得的上扣扭矩值与相关标准中规定的数值十分接近。

Abstract:Make-up torque is one of the main factors that affects the connection quality of thread in oil-gas well.A new calculation method of make-up torque of oil tube is presented according to the meshing characteristics of the finite element model of threaded joints.Taking N80 grade casing as analysis object, the make-up torque was calculated by using the finite element analysis results and the make-up torque calculation formula under different interference ring number,and then compared with the given results in the relevant standards.Results show that the calculation results by using calculation formula is very close to relevant standards.
