天然气制甲醇的能耗分析

从每吨甲醇的燃烧热、生成1t甲醇所需原料气的燃烧热以及依碳平衡关系所确定的天然气燃烧热三个层次探讨了天然气制甲醇的理论能耗极限;分析了实际生产过程难以避免的碳损失所造成的能耗增加因素,从而发现:天然气制甲醇的能耗很难再有大幅度的下降,甲醇市场的竞争将进入资源竞争(天然气价格)的格局。

Analysis of energy consumption for manufacturing methanol from natural gas

The limit of theoretic energy consumption for manufacturing MeOH from natural gas(NG) is discussed base on the combustion heat of every ton MeOH,the combustion heat of raw materials gas necessitated to form 1 t MeOH,and the combustion heat of NG calculated from carbon balance.The factors are analysised that the energy consumption will be increased result from carbon loss which is can not avoided in the practical production.It is found that greatly decreasing the energy consumption for manufacturing MeOH from NG would be very difficult.The competition of MeOH market will come to the resource competition (i.e.competition of NG price).
