催化镀银与防银变色的实践

摘    要:实践表明:采用自制的催化镀银光亮剂和DS防银变色剂,沉积速度为原工艺的1.638倍,均镀能力提高7.8%,经大气暴露试验考核其防银变色效果,较其它四家公司产品更好。阐述了催化镀银光亮剂应用节银原理,并给出了工艺条件。

Abstract:A home made catalytic additive and DS silver tarnishing prevention agent have been used in a new silver electroplating technology. The practice show that silver deposition rate of the new technology used catalytic additive is 1.64 times as that of the conventional technology, and the throwing power is increased 7.8%. The results of atmorspheric exposure show that tarnishing prevention effect of the product used DS is better than that of products produced by the other four companies. Machanism of silver saving of the catalytic silver plating additive was elucidated and the technology conditions were proposed.
