| 摘 要： | 对于采用固定总价合同的EPC项目而言，工程承包企业在项目管理中推行限额设计，对于控制投资，实现合同目标，确保利润显得非常有意义。本文提出了EPC项目开展限额设计的组织模式和工作流程，并对开展限额设计应注意问题和限额设计的基础工作进行了论述。

| Abstract: | As to EPC project adopting fixed total price contract, it is significant that rationed design was carried out in Contractor＇ s project management for controlling investment, realizing contract＇ s targets and ensuring profits. The organization model and working flow of rationed design carried out in EPC project were put forward and its matters needing attention and fundamental work in rationed design were also discussed. |
