重庆市某办公建筑空调系统节能改造研究

随着经济高速发展,重庆市办公建筑数量逐年增多,能源消耗迅速增加.根据对重庆市某典型办公楼能耗进行的现场测试和调研,掌握了该办公楼的实际能耗情况.在分析测试与调研结果的基础上,针对其存在的具体问题,提出了空调系统节能改造的若干措施,并进行了简单的技术经济分析,发现改造后能节约大量经费,节能改造效果十分明显.

The Energy-efficiency Innovation Research of An Office Building''''s Air-conditioning System in Chongqing

With the rapid development of economy, more and more office buildings were built in Chongqing and the energy-consumption is increasing tremendously. Through the testing and investigation for a typical office-building in Chongqing, the reality of its energy-consumption was mastered. On the base of analyzing the data, aiming at the key problems, some proposals to innovations were raised. After some simple techno-economy analysis, the result shows that it can save lots of operating cost after innovation, and the result of innovation was very well.
