弹炮结合武器系统随动精度测试方法研究

摘    要:随动精度测试是弹炮结合武器系统标校和维修保障的重要内容.由于弹炮结合武器系统的火控计算和随动控制功能往往集成在同一台计算机,如何保证整个武器系统的维修性成为武器系统技术保障中的一个新问题.论文进行了随动系统精度测试的总体方案设计,针对该武器系统的特点采用DSP实现了位置控制器,进行了正弦机信号精度分析、位置控制器软件设计和原理样机试制.初步对接试验表明,调测功能基本实现,测试系统满足实际要求.

Abstract:Precision test for servo system is vital to calibration and maintenance of integrated missile and gun weapon system.In integrated missile and gun weapon system,fire control and servo control are usually integrated into the same computer.How to ensure its maintenance becomes a new problem.In this paper,the total solution and function design are given,which incorporated characteristic of weapon system and utilize DSP to realize the position control.Precision analysis of digital sine-wave generator,software design of position control and prototype development is finished.Preliminary experiment show that basic adjusting-testing function is realized and relevant requirements are met.
