摘    要:结合水轮机设计制造关键技术,提出了水轮机CAD/CAE/CAM一体化系统设计方法,实现了水轮机设计的数字化定义、计算模型建立、边界条件处理、交互作业、结果分析与图形化处理、性能预测等功能的软件集成和数据共享,实现了水轮机的水力设计、流体动力分析、结构刚强度分析、动力分析、数控编程与仿真加工。

Abstract:Based on the new analysis technology and new design method, combined with the key technologies of design and manufacturing of hydro electric power generating equipment, the CAD/CAE/CAM integrated system of hydro electric power generating equipment has been designed. In this system, the software integration and data share have been implemented between functions include digital definition of product, establishing the calculating model, limit condition processing, property forecasting etc. The hydrodynamic design, hydrokinetics analysis, rigidity and strength analysis, dynamic analysis, NC programming and manufacturing simulation of the hydro electric power generating equipment have been carried out.
