| 摘 要： | 城市空间增长管理是实现集约使用土地的国家目标的重要手段.回顾、分析城市空间增长管理的主要实施工具,就我国而言,城市空间增长管理工具主要包括边界设定和配套政策两方面的内容.对管理工具的选择应充分考虑到管理的目标,以及管理地区的经济和文化特点,并注意不同类型的边界和配套政策的搭配选择.
