大流量离心压缩机进气室优化设计

摘    要:本文以某大流量离心式压缩机进气室为研究对象,使用CFD分析软件NUMECA计算进气室内的流场状态,认为叶轮进口处的流场均匀性较差是导致级效率下降的主要原因,并针对这一情况,在进气室环形收敛通道内加入薄型静止导叶,用于改善叶轮进口处的周向流场均匀性。计算结果表明:安装静止导叶后,压缩机级效率和级压比都有明显提高。

Optimized Design of the Inlet Volute of a Large Flow Centrifugal Compressor
Abstract:In this paper, the flow field in the inlet volute for a large flow centrifugal compressor was analyzed with the Numeca software. The results showed that the non-uniformity of the flow field was the reason for the reduction of the efficiency of the compressor stage. In order to improve the uniformity of the flow field, a thin static guide vane in the circular convergent channel of inlet volute was added. The simulation of the impeller with the thin guide vane, showed the efficiency and pressure rate of the compressor stage to be substantially improved.
