大跨重型钢桁架高空连廊结构整体提升安全性研究

摘    要:本文以某大跨重型钢结构连廊为工程背景,对采用液压整体提升法进行钢结构连廊提升的安全性进行评估并对提升及安装过程进行施工监控。基于有限元模型的计算分析表明,在提升过程中应避免发生结构绕长轴方向发生整体旋转的情况,若在提升过程中发生部分吊点产生位移差(位移差小于等于20mm)和结构绕短轴方向产生整体旋转(角度小于等于10度)的情况,结构性能仍能满足安全提升的要求。通过提升过程中及提升就位后施工过程钢结构连廊挠度及应力的监控表明:钢结构连廊整体提升过程安全有效,在提升就位完成后,其使用性能符合设计要求。

Safety Research of Integral Hoisting Technology for Long-span and Heavy Steel Truss Sky-bridge
Abstract:In this paper, a long -span and heavy steel truss sky -bridge is selected as the sample of the required engineering back-ground. The safety of integral hoisting technology for long-span steel sky-bridge is discussed, and the construction process of integral hoisting is monitored. The calculation of finite element model indicated that the structure should avoid the occurrence of the whole rotation a-round the major axis in the process of hoisting. If differential displacement ( displacement is less than 20mm) or structure rotation around short axis ( the rotation angle less than 10 degrees) occur during hoisting,the structural performance can still meet the requirements to en-hance security. The monitoring of the integral hoisting process and the construction process of hoisting finish indicated that the process of in-tegral hoisting for long-span and heavy steel is safe and effective,after the completion of hoisting,the functions meet the design require-ments.
